MILES

Miles has been with IKAWA for 2 years now, and was our lone, intrepid IKAWA employee in the USA for over a year. Many of you will know Miles from IKAWA, or her previous work at Blue Bottle, as the Director of Education at Royal Coffee NY, or Roasting Manager at Allegro.

KIMIYO

Kimiyo joined the IKAWA team earlier this year and has brought over a decade of experience in the coffee industry with her. Most recently at Cafe Imports, and previously Peets and Keàn. Like Miles, she’s a SoCal native.
