Bradley caught up with Gina Reay at the Lunch Show, where they were doing Live Roasting Demonstrations with the IKAWA Pro Sample Roaster.

We knew we wanted to do something different to engage with visitors and visualise the coffee roasting process. The IKAWA roaster provided a great solution to this, our hourly roasting demonstrations gave us an opportunity to attract and engage with leads. Not only was the area filled with the rich aroma of roasting coffee, but visitors could see first-hand the journey coffee beans take from raw to roasted.”

Our whole sales team has been trained on the IKAWA Pro Sample Roaster now – as well as running it at our own trade shows, we have partnered with customers to run roasting demonstrations at their own shows. There’s a lot of ‘buzz’ in the industry about IKAWA so people are always intrigued to see how it works.”
