IKAWA: NOT JUST FOR SAMPLE ROASTING ANYMORE.

Our customers use IKAWA roasters to improve their sample roasting.
Now, they are getting really creative.

Did you know that Ben Put and Kyle Ramage, two of the finalists at WBC 2017 in Seoul, roasted their competition coffee on IKAWAs?

We were incredibly proud to learn this, and wrote a quick recap here.

Recognising this tool can help improve coffee, and in our relentless pursuit of perfection, we are launching a project in 2018 to help baristas reach the final.

IKAWA is offering to loan an IKAWA Sample Roaster to 6 national champions to use in preparation for, and if needed during, the 2018 WBC.

Our criteria is flexible, but we want to support those who will be helped most by the loan and those that can be more competitive with access to the IKAWA Sample Roaster. We will consider all applications, and up to 6 will be selected.

We are considering need – can you gain access already or is this an opportunity that you wouldn’t have otherwise? We are also want to know about you, and why you are competing, what is driving you and how you would like to impact the industry. How would you like to improve coffee?
