The Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia produces some of the world’s best coffees. The heirloom, wild-grown varieties produce unmatched flavours and complexity. We’re thrilled to offer this example from the Wenago wetmill, contributed by smallholder farmers in the surrounding area.
This lot is both soft and punchy, with a complexity that develops as the cup cools. Try our medium roast to bring forward the inherent apricot flavours that epitomises the great Yirgacheffe coffees.
