ROASTING NOTES

Both roasts start with an aggressive application of heat before flatting out. A second peak accelerates both coffees into the development phase. The espresso roast experiences a longer development time compared to the filter roast.

TASTING NOTES

You can expect underlying notes of maple syrup, liquorice and cherries for both a lighter and darker roasts.
